The most productive bird on the farm by a distance - over 300 eggs a year from a single duck. We keep them primarily as layers, so table birds are the ones whose laying has slowed.

Pond foraging - duckweed, snails, insects - plus a measured layer ration to keep egg output steady.
How It Is Raised
Open pond access all day. Very disease-hardy through the monsoon, so routine medication is not needed.
